We cook an 8-course menu at our Chef's Table. Mondschein's Alter Gaststube offers a classic menu for lunch and dinner, as well as daily changing à la carte and menu recommendations.
Alpine cuisine
We use our culinary skills to refine selected products from the region and bring their pure flavors to the fore. Local game, meat from local producers, freshwater fish, seasonal vegetables and much more from producers in the area are complemented with home-gathered produce and preserved using traditional techniques. We prepare our snacks with home-made products and bake our own bread.
Open wines and extensive wine list
The cuisine is complemented by special wine and drink recommendations. The extensive wine list offers everyone the opportunity to choose a special bottle to accompany a special meal, with our advice. Our sommelier team also makes a selection of open wines to match the dishes.
