About me
Selected regional products, high-quality wines and sparkling wines - that is my passion.
My kitchen philosophy
A product-oriented cuisine in harmony with nature and the region was already important to me when I chose my training company. So I left my hometown of Munich for Sylt, where I completed my training at Söl’ring Hof. Back in Munich, after another formative period with Jan Hartwig at Restaurant Atelier, I was given the opportunity to become head chef at the age of just 23. The connection to regional products, nature and the garden, which I have had since my childhood and which was the origin of my career choice, should be at the center of the development of my own path. I quickly realized that this development is a lifelong process. I am pursuing it without dogmatism and with the aim of ensuring that my guests experience pleasure, joy and new culinary impressions. From 2024, my team and I will bring my philosophy to the plates every winter in Stuben am Arlberg. In summer 2025, you can find us in our pop-up restaurant in Deidesheim from May. We look forward to your visit!

Wine
My first contact with top gastronomy made me realize early on that good food and good wine belong together. From then on, I was just as fascinated by wine as I was by cooking. I spent some of my free time traveling to wine regions, visiting winegrowers and getting to know the multifaceted world of wine. Wine as an expression of regional identity, the multifaceted concept of terroir and the art of sensory analysis and food pairing – these are just some of the fascinating aspects that enrich my day-to-day work. We would like to infect you with our passion. We can advise you on our extensive range of wines and always offer an exquisite wine pairing with our menus.
