From December 2024, you will find me and my team every winter season at the Hotel Mondschein in Stuben am Arlberg. We would like to take you on a culinary journey in this traditional hotel dating back to 1739. On the one hand, we offer you authentic Alpine cuisine in the rustic Alte Gaststube, which revives traditions, harks back to the original and yet is still contemporary. On the other hand, you can experience our cuisine with an 8-course menu in an exclusive setting and unforgettable ambience, at the Chef's Table designed by architect Daniel Büchel with just 8 seats
